Recombinant Human IFNL3/IL28B/Interleukin-28B Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Met1-Val196) of human IFNL3/IL28B/Interleukin-28B (Accession #NP_742151.2) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.

Bioactivity:

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Recombinant Human IL28B at 2 ug/mL (100 uL/well) can bind Recombinant Human IL10RB with a linear range of 0.25-1 ug/mL.
