Due to the important role of IL-12 in anti-tumor immunity and anti-infective immunity, people have high hopes for its clinical application; especially il-12 can cooperate with il-2 to promote the production of ctl and lak cells, indicating that IL-12 and IL- 2 combined use is expected to constitute a more effective method of tumor immunotherapy.
