Recombinant Human IL-1RN Protein is produced by E. coli expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Arg26-Glu177) of human IL-1RN (Accession #NP_776214.1) fused with an initial Met at the N-terminus and a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.

Bioactivity:

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Recombinant Human IL1RN at 10ug/mL (100 uL/well) can bind Recombinant Human IL1R2 with a linear range of 0.4-1.8 ug/mL.
