Recombinant Human IL4R/CD124 Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Gly24-His232) of human IL4R/CD124 (Accession #NP_000409.1) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.

Bioactivity:

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized recombinant human IL4R at 2 ug/mL (100 uL/well) can bind recombinant human IL4. The ED₅₀ of recombinant human IL4R is 2-4 ng/mL.
