Bioactivity:

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized recombinant human BAFF at 5 µg/mL (100 µL/well) can bind recombinant human BCMA with a linear range of 3-20 ng/mL.
Measured in a cell proliferation assay using anti-IgM stimulated mouse B cells.The ED₅₀ for this effect is 0.1-1 ng/mL.
