Recombinant Human TrkA Protein is produced by HEK293 expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Ala33-Glu407) of human TrkA (Accession #NP_001012331.1) fused with an Fc, 6×His tag at the C-terminus.

Bioactivity:

Measured by its ability to inhibit NGF-induced proliferation of TF-1 human erythroleukemic cells. The ED₅₀ for this effect is typically 12-48 ng/mL in the presence of 10 ng/ml of recombinant human NGF.
