Recombinant human VEGF-C/Flt4-L/VRP Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Thr103-Arg227) of human VEGF-C/Flt4-L/VRP (Accession #NP_005420.1) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.

Bioactivity:

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Recombinant Human VEGF-C, His Tag at 0.5ug/mL (100 uL/well) can bind Recombinant Human VEGFR3,Fc Tag with a linear range of 3.92-15.70ng/mL.
