RITA1 Polyclonal Antibody | E-AB-19212 | Gentaur UK, US & Europe Distribution
Type: Polyclonal Antibody
Synonyms: C12orf52 , Chromosome 12 open reading frame 52 , RBPJ interacting and tubulin associated 1, RBPJ interacting and tubulin associated protein 1, RBPJ-interacting and tubulin-associated protein, RITA, RITA
Application: IHC, ELISA
Reactivity: Human
Host: Rabbit
Isotype: IgG
Reserch Areas: Developmental biology, Neuroscience, Signal transduction, Stem cells
Background: Tubulin-binding protein that acts as a negative regulator of Notch signaling pathway. Shuttles between the cytoplasm and the nucleus and mediates the nuclear export of RBPJ/RBPSUH, thereby preventing the interaction between RBPJ/RBPSUH and NICD product of Notch proteins (Notch intracellular domain), leading to down-regulate Notch-mediated transcription. May play a role in neurogenesis.
Concentration: 1.02 mg/mL
Storage: Store at -20°C. Avoid freeze / thaw cycles.
