RSPO3 polyclonal Antibody | BS71861 | Gentaur UK, US & Europe Distribution
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat
Application: WB
Application Range: WB 1:500 - 1:2000
Background: This gene belongs to the R-spondin family. The encoded protein plays a role in the regulation of Wnt (wingless-type MMTV integration site family) /beta-catenin and Wnt/planar cell polarity (PCP) signaling pathways, which are involved in development, cell growth and disease pathogenesis. Genome-wide association studies suggest a correlation of this gene with bone mineral density and risk of fracture. This gene may be involved in tumor development.
Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: RSPO3 polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of RSPO3 protein.
Molecular Weight: 39kDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
Alternative Names: CRISTIN1; PWTSR; THSD2
Immunogen: A synthetic peptide of human RSPO3
