U87MG cells were transfected with the tTA expression vector to generate the U87MG Stably Expressing Tet-off Cell Line. It can be used in vitro for transfected with other tetracycline-responsive expression vectors to create doxycycline-inducible gene expression cells for research. In the presence of doxycycline will turn off gene expression under the tet-regulated promoter.
