Description
ADAR polyclonal Antibody | BS70968 | Gentaur UK, US & Europe Distribution
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat
Application: WB IHC IF
Application Range: WB: 1:500~1:2000 IHC/IF: 1:50~1:200
Background: This gene encodes the enzyme responsible for RNA editing by site-specific deamination of adenosines. This enzyme destabilizes double-stranded RNA through conversion of adenosine to inosine. Mutations in this gene have been associated with dyschromatosis symmetrica hereditaria. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: ADAR polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of ADAR protein.
Molecular Weight: ~ 136 kDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
Alternative Names: DSH; AGS6; G1P1; IFI4; P136; ADAR1; DRADA; DSRAD; IFI-4; K88DSRBP;
Immunogen: Recombinant protein of human ADAR.
Conjugate: Unconjugated
Modification: Unmodification
Purification & Purity: The Antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE) .
