Description
ATP Sulfurylase (EC No. EC2.7.7.4) catalyzes the first committed step in incorporating inorganic SO42- by converting ATP to adenylyl sulfate and pyrophosphate for the incorporation of inorganic SO42- into biomolecules. It is also a key enzyme used in pyrosequencing.
