Description
AZD-2461 is an inhibitor of poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP). It inhibits PARP1 and PARP2 with IC₅₀ values of 5 nM and 2 nM. It has lower affinity for P-glycoprotein and suppresses the development of drug resistance.
