Description
AZD-4547 is a novel and selective inhibitor of the FGFR1, 2, and 3 tyrosine kinases. It binds to and inhibits FGFR, which may result in the inhibition of FGFR-related signal transduction pathways, and thus resulting in the inhibition of tumor cell proliferation and tumor cell death.
