Bioactivity:
Immobilized Human / Cynomolgus / Rhesus macaque CD28,His Tag at 0.5ug/ml (100ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-CD28 Ab, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 17.3ng/ml determined by ELISA.
