Description
Bosentan is an antagonist of the endothelin receptors type A (Ki = 6.5 nM) and type B (Ki = 340 nM). Inhibits ET-1 induced contraction of isolated rat aorta and sarafotoxin S6C-induced contraction of rat trachea in vitro.
