Description
BQ-123 sodium is a potent and selective ETA endothelin receptor antagonist (Ki values are 1.4 and 1500 nM at ETA and ETB receptors respectively). It also inhibits ET-1 receptor binding and blocks Ca²⁺ mobilization, cellular contraction and MAP kinase activation.
