Description
C87 is an inhibitor of Tumor Necrosis Factor α (TNFα). It binds to human TNFα with a KD of 110 nM and potently inhibits TNFα-induced cytotoxicity in L929 cells with an IC₅₀ of 8.73 μM. It effectively blocks TNFα-triggered signaling pathways and attenuates TNFα-induced inflammation in a mouse model of hepatitis.
