Description

CHD3 (C-terminus) monoclonal Antibody | MB0061 | Gentaur UK, US & Europe Distribution

Host: Mouse IgG1

Reactivity: Human

Application: WB IHC FC

Application Range: WB: 1:1000 IHC: 1:500 FC: 1:50~100

Background: This gene encodes a member of the CHD family of proteins which are characterized by the presence of chromo (chromatin organization modifier) domains and SNF2-related helicase/ATPase domains. This protein is one of the components of a histone deacetylase complex referred to as the Mi-2/NuRD complex which participates in the remodeling of chromatin by deacetylating histones. Chromatin remodeling is essential for many processes including transcription. Autoantibodies against this protein are found in a subset of patients with dermatomyositis. Three alternatively spliced transcripts encoding different isoforms have been described.

Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Specificity: This Antibody detects endogenous levels of CHD3 (C-terminus) and does not cross-react with related proteins

Molecular Weight: Predicted band size:226KDa Observed band size:260KDa

Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.

Alternative Names: Chromodomain-helicase-DNA-binding protein 3; CHD-3; Hzfh; Zinc finger helicase; Mi2-alpha; ATP-dependent helicase CHD3

Immunogen: Synthetic peptide, corresponding to the C-terminus of Human CHD3.

Conjugate: Unconjugated

Modification: Unmodification

Purification & Purity: The Antibody was affinity-purified from mouse ascites by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE) .

Pathway: Contribution of Soluble Factors to EMT,
