Function: May modulate splice site selection during alternative splicing of pre-mRNAs (By similarity) . Regulates transcription and acts as corepressor for RBPJ. Recruits RBPJ to the Sin3-histone deacetylase complex (HDAC) . Required for RBPJ-mediated repression of transcription.
