Clorgyline is a potent, irreversible monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitor that preferentially targets MAO-A over MAO-B (Ki's = 0.054 and 58 µM, respectively). Also acts as a Lysine-specific demethylase 1 (LSD1) inhibitor.
