Description

E5030 | CXCL11 (Human) ELISA Kit DataSheet

CXCL11 (C-X-C motif chemokine 11) is a chemotactic cytokine strongly induced by interferon-gamma (IFN-γ). It binds to the chemokine receptor CXCR3. It plays an important role in pathophysiology of CNS diseases which involve T-cell recruitment. The levels of CXCL11 are increased in Sarcoidosis. ’s CXCL11 (Human) ELISA Kit is used for the quantitative detection of CXCL11 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. It is based on the principle of sandwich ELISA. The capture antibody is pre-coated on 96-well plates. The standards, test samples and biotin conjugated detection antibody are added to the wells subsequently, and washed with wash buffer. HRP-Streptavidin is added and unbound conjugates were washed away with wash buffer. The HRP enzymatic reaction is detected using TMB-substrate. Finally, an acidic stop solution terminates the enzymatic reaction. The color developed is directly proportional to the amount of CXCL11 in the sample.
