Confirmed Reactivity: Arabidopsis thaliana, Nicotiana tabacum
Predicted Reactivity: Brassica pekinensis, Glycine max, Phaseolus vulgaris, Populus balsamifera, Ricinus communis, Solanum lycopersicum, Vitis vinifera Species of your interest not listed? Contact us
Not reactive in: No confirmed exceptions from predicted reactivity are currently known
Additional Information: Primary antibody can be also incubated using 1 hour at RT protocol
Background: Deg8 protease forms a hexamer together with Deg5 in the thylakoid lumen and is involved in the cleavage of photodamaged D2 protein of photosystem II. Localized in thylakoid lumen.
Reconstitution: For reconstitution add 50 µl of sterile water
Storage: Store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C; once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please remember to spin the tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from material adhering to the cap or sides of the tube.
