DetectX® Estriol ELISA Kit

The DetectX^® Estriol ELISA Kits are designed to quantitatively measure estriol.  An estriol standard is provided.  Standards or diluted samples are pipetted into a clear microtiter plate coated with an antibody to capture rabbit antibodies. An estriol-peroxidase conjugate is added to the standards and samples in the wells. The binding reaction is initiated by the addition of an estriol-specific antibody to each well. After either a 2 hour incubation at room temperature or an overnight incubation at 4?C, the plate is washed and substrate is added. The substrate reacts with the bound estriol-peroxidase conjugate. After a short incubation, the reaction is stopped and the intensity of the generated color is read at 450nm.
