Description
DGKK Antibody (C-term) [APR15732G] | Gentaur UK, US & Europe Distribution
Product Category: Polyclonal Antibodies
Host: Rabbit
Species Reactivity: H
Specificity: This DGKK antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 1232-1261 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human DGKK.
Cellular Localisation: Cell membrane; Peripheral membrane protein
Molecular Weight: 141829
Clone: Polyclonal
Gene Name: DGKK (HGNC:32395)
Gene ID: 139189
Function: Diacylglycerol kinase that converts diacylglycerol/DAG into phosphatidic acid/phosphatidate/PA and regulates the respective levels of these two bioactive lipids (PubMed:16210324, PubMed:23949095) . Thereby, acts as a central switch between the signaling pathways activated by these second messengers with different cellular targets and opposite effects in numerous biological processes (Probable) .
Summary: Tissue Location: Expressed in testis, and to a lesser extent in placenta.
Form: Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Storage: Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Application: IHC-P, WB
Dilution: WB--1:2000
Synonyms: Diacylglycerol kinase kappa, DAG kinase kappa, 142 kDa diacylglycerol kinase, Diglyceride kinase kappa, DGK-kappa, DGKK
