Background: Calcium-transporting ATPase 1, endoplasmic reticulum-type is a magnesium-dependent enzyme catalyzes the hydrolysis of ATP coupled with the translocation of calcium from the cytosol to the endoplasmic reticulum lumen. Also regulate manganese ion homeostasis by pumping it into endomembrane compartments. The enzyme can also transport zinc. Alternative names: ACA3, ARABIDOPSIS THALIANA ER-TYPE CA2+-ATPASE 1, ATECA1, ECA1, ER-TYPE CA2+-ATPASE 1.
Reconstitution: For reconstitution add 50 µl, of sterile water
Storage: Lyophilized antibody can be stored at -20°C for up to 3 years. Re-constituted antibody can be stored at 4°C for several days to weeks. Once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please remember to spin the tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from material adhering to the cap or sides of the tube.
