Background: EIN3 (Ethylene insensitive 3) acts as a positive regulator in the ethylene response pathway and is required for ethylene responsiveness in adult plant tissues. Activated by phosphorylation by MPK3 and MPK6 (PubMed:18273012) . Down-regulated by KIN10 that controls its protein stability under a phosphorylation-dependent manner. Alternative names: Protein ethylene insensitive 3.

Reconstitution: For reconstitution add 50 µl, of sterile water

Storage: Store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C (short tem, months) or at -80°C (long term, years) ; once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please remember to spin the tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from material adhering to the cap or sides of the tube.
