Exprep Plasmid SV kit Mini can yield up to 30 μg (mini) of highly purified plasmid DNA and it can be applicable directly for PCR, cloning, automated sequencing, synthesis of labeled hybridization probes and other enzymatic reactions without further manipulation. ExprepTM Plasmid SV Midi kit procedure requires the centrifuge which has a swinging-out bucket and ability of 4,000 ~ 5,000 xg.

Storage Conditions:

GeneAll® Exprep™ Plasmid kit is shipped at room temperature. All components are stable at room temperature until the date of expiration that is printed on the product label. After addition of RNase A, buffer S1 is stable for 1 year when stored at 4℃. In cold ambient condition, buffer S2 and S3 may exhibit salt precipitation and this will cause reduction of DNA recover-yields. If so, heat the bottle with occasional swirling in 37℃ water bath until completely dissolved.
