Description
EZSolution(TM) Triacsicn C, is an Inhibitor of acyl-CoA synthetase (IC₅₀ = 6.3 μM in Raji cells). Inhibits lipid synthesis and cell proliferation in Raji lymphoma cells. Induces apoptosis in cancer cell lines and inhibits human lung cancer cell xenograft tumor growth in mice. It has been shown to interfere with lipid metabolism by inhibiting the de novo synthesis of triglycerides, diglycerides, and cholesterol esters.
