Background: FNR (ferredoxin-NADP+-oxidoreductase) catalyzes reduction of NADP+ using Fd that has accepted electrons from photosystem II in the final step of linear photosynthetic electron transport. In higher plants FNRs are encoded by a small multiple gene family (two chloroplast-targeted FNR in Arabidopsis and rice and three isoenzymes in maize) . All forms are evenly distributed between the thylakoids and stroma.

Reconstitution: For reconstitution add 50 µl of sterile water

Storage: Store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C; once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please remember to spin the tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from material adhering to the cap or sides of the tube.
