Description
Galloflavin is a lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) inhibitor inhibiting both LDH-A and LDH-B isoforms of the enzyme with Ki values of 5.46 a µM and 15.06 µM, respectively. It blocks the proliferation of cancer cells by blocking glycolysis and ATP production.
