Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 40.4kDa according to NP_001095856.1. The 27kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.Immunohistochemistry:In paraffin embedded Human Small Intestine shows staining of endocrine cells amongst the enterocytes. Recommended concentration: 3-6ug/ml.
