Description
GNG7 polyclonal Antibody | BS70085 | Gentaur UK, US & Europe Distribution
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Mouse,Rat
Application: WB
Application Range: WB 1:500 - 1:1000
Background: Guanine nucleotide-binding proteins (G proteins) are involved as a modulator or transducer in various transmembrane signaling systems. The beta and gamma chains are required for the GTPase activity, for replacement of GDP by GTP, and for G protein-effector interaction. Plays a role in the regulation of adenylyl cyclase signaling in certain regions of the brain. Plays a role in the formation or stabilzation of a G protein heterotrimer (G (olf) subunit alpha-beta-gamma-7) that is required for adenylyl cyclase activity in the striatum.
Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: GNG7 polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of GNG7 protein.
Molecular Weight: ~ 12 kDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
Alternative Names: GNGT7
