Description
Goat Anti-SARS-CoV-2 ORF7a (SARS-CoV-2) IgG Polyclonal Antibody | AB0379 | Antibodies
Overview: ORF7a is a SARS-CoV accessory protein that is composed of a type I transmembrane protein that localizes primarily to the Golgi apparatus and also be found on the cell surface. This protein has been implicated on several mechanisms such as suppressing both transgene and virus-induced gene silencing by reducing the levels of small interfering RNA (siRNA), attachment and modulation of leukocytes by biding to host ITGAL and playing a role as antagonist of host tetherin (BST2) by disrupting its antiviral effect.
