Description
Hesperetin is a naturally occurring flavonoid that displays diverse biological activities. It inhibits neuroinflammation on microglia by suppressing inflammatory cytokines and MAPK pathways. It reduces ApoB protein levels, ACAT2 expression, and LDL degradation in HepG2 cells when used at concentrations ranging from 10 to 200 µM. Hesperetin also acts as a potent and broad-spectrum inhibitor against human UGT activity.
