hnRNP H (R192) polyclonal Antibody | BS2286 | Gentaur UK, US & Europe Distribution

Host: Rabbit

Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat

Application: WB IHC

Application Range: WB: 1:500~1:1000 IHC: 1:50~1:200

Background: Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins (hnRNPs) constitute a set of polypeptides that contribute to pre-mRNA processing and transport, and also bind heterogeneous nuclear RNA (hnRNA), which are the transcripts produced by RNA polymerase II. The majority of hnRNP proteins components are localized to the nucleus; however some shuttle between the nucleus and the cytoplasm. Most hnRNP proteins, including hnRNP C1 and C2, contain one or more RNA binding domains and are implicated in the processing of pre-mRNA. hnRNPs F and H are largely related factors that preferentially associate with poly (rG) regions on RNA.

Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Specificity: hnRNP H (R192) polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of hnRNP H protein.

Molecular Weight: ~ 50 kDa

Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.

Alternative Names: Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein H2; hnRNP H2; FTP-3; Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein H'; hnRNP H'; HNRNPH2; FTP3; HNRPH2

Immunogen: Synthetic peptide, corresponding to amino acids 180-230 of Human hnRNP H.

Conjugate: Unconjugated

Modification: Unmodification

Purification & Purity: The Antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE) .
