Description
UBE2L3 (UbcH7) is an E2 (ubiquitin conjugating enzyme) ligase involved in the conjugation of ubiquitin to target substrates, along with E1 and E3 enzymes. UbcH7 has been shown to work with HECT domain E3s (E6-AP), in addition to RING containing E3s. UbcH7 is homologous to the UbcH5 family.
