IDH1 polyclonal Antibody | BS6918 | Gentaur UK, US & Europe Distribution
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat
Application: WB,IF
Application Range: WB 1:500 - 1:2000 IF 1:50 - 1:200
Background: IDH1 is one of three isocitrate dehydrogenases that catalyze the oxidative decarboxylation of isocitrate to α-ketoglutarate (α-KG) . These enzymes exist in two distinct subclasses that utilize either NAD or NADP+ respectively, as an electron acceptor. IDH1 is the NADP+-dependent isocitrate dehydrogenase found in the cytoplasm and peroxisomes.
Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: IDH1 polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of IDH1 protein.
Molecular Weight: ~ 46 kDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
