Description

IL20RA (Human) ELISA Kit | E5073-100

Description: Interleukin 20 receptor, alpha subunit (IL20RA) is a subunit for the receptor for interleukin 20, a cytokine that may be involved in epidermal function. The receptor of IL20 is a heterodimeric receptor complex consisting of this protein and interleukin 20 receptor beta (IL20RB). The IL20RA/IL20RB dimer is a receptor for IL19, IL20 and IL24 and IL20RA/IL10RB dimer is a receptor for IL26. IL20RA pathway is a novel signaling pathway involved in promoting the stemness features of breast cancer along with the formation of a tumor-favorable immune microenvironment. Targeting the IL20RAhi population with STAT3 signaling inhibition combined with anti-PD-L1 antibody can increase the therapeutic efficacy of chemotherapeutic agents for breast cancer. ’s IL20RA (Human) ELISA Kit is used for the quantitative detection of IL20RA in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. It is based on the principle of sandwich ESA. The capture antibody is pre-coated on 96-well plates. The standards, test samples and biotin conjugated detection antibody are added to the wells subsequently, and washed with wash buffer. HRP-Streptavidin is added and unbound conjugates are washed away with wash buffer. The HRP enzymatic reaction is detected using TMB-substrate. Finally, an acidic stop solution terminates the enzymatic reaction. The color developed is directly proportional to the amount of IL20RA in the sample.
