Description

IL7R (Q445) polyclonal Antibody | BS2639 | Gentaur UK, US & Europe Distribution

Host: Rabbit

Reactivity: Human,Mouse

Application: IHC

Application Range: IHC: 1:50~1:200

Background: The biological effects of IL7 are mediated by the binding of IL7 to the specific cell surface receptor. The functional high-affinity IL7 receptor consists of an alpha chain and a gamma chain. Both IL7R alpha and IL7R gamma are members of the hematopoietin receptor superfamily. IL7R alpha cDNA encodes a precursor protein containing a signal peptide, an extracellular ligand binding domain, a transmembrane region, and a cytoplasmic region. IL7R alpha transcripts have been observed in spleen, thymus, fetal liver, developing T cells, B cells, mature T cells, and bone marrow derived macrophages.

Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Specificity: IL7R (Q445) polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of IL7R protein.

Molecular Weight: ~ 52 kDa

Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.

Alternative Names: Interleukin-7 receptor subunit alpha; IL-7 receptor subunit alpha; IL-7R subunit alpha; IL-7R-alpha; IL-7RA; CDw127; CD127; IL7R

Immunogen: Synthetic peptide, corresponding to amino acids 410-460 of Human IL7R.

Conjugate: Unconjugated

Modification: Unmodification

Purification & Purity: The Antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE) .
