Description

Immortalized Mouse Cardiomyogenic Progenitor Cells (iCP) | T0449

abm Cat. No. 000018A) to revert immortal cells back into primary cells resulting in increasing differentiation potential. In the presence of retinoic acid, the cells undergo cardiomyogenesis where late cardiomyogenic markers (Actc1 and ANF) will be present. Dexamethasone may be used as a differentiation reagent, to express late markers ANF, cTnT, and α-MyHC. These cells are recommended for studies relating to cardiomyogenic progenitors in basic and/or translational research.
