Description

Immortalized Mouse Hexb-/- Schwann Cells (1113C1) | T0743

-/- Schwann Cells (1113C1) were spontaneously immortalized from dorsal root ganglia and peripheral nerves of Sandhoff mice. 1113C1 is genetically homozygous for the disrupted Hexb gene. This cell line can be used as a murine model for Sandhoff disease studies.
