IMP2L Antibody (Center) [APR07993G] | Gentaur UK, US & Europe Distribution
Product Category: Polyclonal Antibodies
Host: Rabbit
Species Reactivity: H
Specificity: This IMP2L antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 81-109 amino acids from the Central region of human IMP2L.
Cellular Localisation: Mitochondrion inner membrane; Single-pass membrane protein
Molecular Weight: 19718
Clone: Polyclonal
Gene Name: IMMP2L
Gene ID: 83943
Function: Catalyzes the removal of transit peptides required for the targeting of proteins from the mitochondrial matrix, across the inner membrane, into the inter-membrane space. Known to process the nuclear encoded protein DIABLO.
Summary: Tissue Location: Expressed in all tissues tested except adult liver and lung.
Form: Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Storage: Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Application: WB, IHC-P, FC
Dilution: WB--1:1000 IHC-P--1:100~500 FC--1:10~50
Synonyms: Mitochondrial inner membrane protease subunit 2, 3421-, IMP2-like protein, IMMP2L
