Related Products: AS14 2795 | Anti-GORK | Potassium channel GORK, rabbit antibodies collection of antibodies to plasma membrane proteins

Recommended Dilutions: 1 : 1000 (WB)

Molecular weight: 78 kDa

Confirmed Reactivity: Arabidopsis thaliana

Predicted Reactivity: N/A

Not reactive in: N/A

Additional Information: Samples cannot be subjected to heat denaturation as KAT1 protein will aggregate and not enter the gel, Use of membrane fraction is recommended

Background: KAT1 (Potassium channel protein) triggered by ABA triggers in epidermal cells as well as guard cells. Upon removal of ABA, KAT1 is recycled back to the plasma membrane. KAT1 belongs to the Shaker family K+ channel.

Reconstitution: For reconstitution add 50 µl of sterile water

Storage: Lyophilized antibody can be stored at -20°C. Once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please remember to spin the tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from material adhering to the cap or sides of the tube.
