L-67 is a competitive human DNA ligase inhibitor, that inhibits DNA ligases I and III with IC₅₀ values of 10 μM and 10 μM. L-67 significantly increases the cytotoxicity of DNA damaging agents. L-67 also inhibits cell proliferation.
