Description
L-Propargylglycine (PAG) is an inhibitor of cystathionine γ-lyase (CSE). Cystathionine γ-lyase catalyzes H2S synthesis and is a potential target for modulating H2S levels under pathophysiological conditions. L-propargylglycine is useful in studies of hydrogen sulfide synthesis and bioactivity.
