Description
Lexibulin is an orally available inhibitor of microtubule polymerization with an IC₅₀ of 3 µM. It blocks cell cycle at the G2-M phase, which leads to cell death. It is cytotoxic to various cell lines with IC₅₀ values ranging from 10-100 nM. It shows antitumor activity in prostate cancer and breast cancer in vivo models. It exhibits antivascular activity in vitro and in vivo.
