An amide analog of Trichostatin A (Cat.# 1606-1) that potently Inhibits histone deacetylases (IC₅₀ = 40 nM for rat liver HDAC and IC₅₀ = 100 nM for maize HDAC). Induces differentiation and inhibits proliferation (~2 µM) of murine erythroleukemia cells.
