Description
M6PR monoclonal Antibody | MB63876 | Gentaur UK, US & Europe Distribution
Host: Mouse
Reactivity: Human, Monkey, Mouse, Rat, Dog
Application: WB
Application Range: WB 1:500
Background: Transport of phosphorylated lysosomal enzymes from the Golgi complex and the cell surface to lysosomes. Lysosomal enzymes bearing phosphomannosyl residues bind specifically to mannose-6-phosphate receptors in the Golgi apparatus and the resulting receptor-ligand complex is transported to an acidic prelyosomal compartment where the low pH mediates the dissociation of the complex. [UniProtKB/Swiss-Prot Function]
Storage & Stability: PBS (PH 7.3) containing 1% BSA, 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.
Specificity: mannose-6-phosphate receptor, cation dependent
Molecular Weight: 30.99 kDa (Predicted)
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
