Description
Medicarpin | B3363
Description: Medicarpin is a pterocarpan class of naturally occurring benzopyran furanobenzene compound. In calvarial osteoblasts, medicarpin blocks nuclear factor kappaB (NF-κB) signaling assessed by tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α)-stimulated nuclear translocation of p65 subunit of NF-κB. Medicarpin also inhibits the expression of TNF-α in mouse calvarial osteoblasts.
